Job Responsibilities:

- Greet clients, visitors to the office and create a welcoming environment. n
- Understand the needs of the clients and answer their queries. n
- Direct the visitors to the suitable person and desk. n
- Answer phone calls and redirect them. n
- Ensure that the front desk is clean and well-organized. n
- Be well-versed with the offers and policies of the organization. n
- Explain the organization’s policies and latest offers clearly to potential clients. n
- Manage and organize the official mails according to the priority. n
- Check and order the front desk supplies. n
- Keep a count of the front desk supplies as well as the inventories and order them as required. n
- Ensure the safety and security of the office as well as office items. n
- Schedule meetings and update calendars regularly. n
- Make travel arrangements and take care of the accommodation. n
- Manage records of office expenses and costs. n
- Grant service and assist employees with various clerical duties such as photocopy, faxing, etc. n
nJob Skills:

- A high school diploma and bachelor’s degree in related streams would be preferable. n
- Proven experience in various front desk jobs. n
- Working experience of all the office equipment such as printing machine, fax machine, etc. n
- Welcoming as well as professional attitude for the visitors. n
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, multitasking skills, and time-management skills. n
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver excellent customer service even in a fast-paced work environment. n
- Well-versed with MS Office Suite and other essential office equipment. n
- Basic knowledge of all the office work such as clerical and administrative work. n
