ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Agnew - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Property and Casualty license (must already hold) 20-44 or 2-20
  • Life and Health license (must already hold) 2-15
  • Sales experience preferred

IMPORTANT ON SALARY: Salary range is based on experience in the insurance industry, current licensing and insurance experience.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
