Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon check-out-all while ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience that aligns with our high standards of hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Provide the critical first impression to our guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone daily
- Check guests in and out using computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle cash and credit card transactions confidently and correctly
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local dining, and attractions to assist guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak fluently)
- Comfortable using computers and software systems
- Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
- Enjoy problem-solving and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility with schedule: hotel operates 24/7, so shifts may vary
