WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a key member of our culinary team you will:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard in our scratch kitchen.
  • Work with a focus on upscale regional cuisine, bringing creativity and precision to every dish.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Stay updated on food trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
  • Assist with inventory management and keeping kitchen supplies stocked.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has previous experience in a fast-paced, high-achieving kitchen environment.
  • Holds a strong passion for food and a desire to grow within the culinary arts.
  • Can work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Is committed to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
  • Has a high school diploma and/or GED (preferred).
  • Has at least two years of experience in food preparation and cooking.
PHYSCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Can stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Able to bend, stretch, twist, and turn in kitchen and service area.
  • Must be able to visually inspect ingredients and finished product for quality.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to communicate with others.
  • Able to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as point of sale, calculator, or printer.
