Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $71,250-$95,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

As the Sales Communication Manager at Monster Energy Company, you'll be the driving force in crafting dynamic internal relationships that power our optimal channel mix strategies. Your role will involve building strong internal relationships and managing multiple cross-functional teams to ensure our communications objectives are not just met but surpassed. By strategically aligning efforts, you'll drive the success of our diverse and thrilling portfolio of brands, making sure every message resonates with the energy and excitement we stand for.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Manage and execute projects to support internal communications initiatives as directed by department and executive leadership. Keep accurate and timely record of campaign attendance, traffic, and conversion to ensure effective return on investment and guidance for success.
- Work with fellow Sales Communications colleagues and key stakeholders to integrate internal campaigns with employee and business programs that support employee engagement and performance.
- Work with direct leadership to develop and refine adoption and engagement strategies for internal mediums and campaigns to include content development and calendar management across mediums.
- Understand internal platforms and overall internal/partner comms channel strategy to provide guidance to fellow sales communications team members and clients. (i.e. intranet, enterprise social media, internal video creation and distribution, print and e-newsletters.)
- Develop and manage Community Manager program for the Viva Engage platform, including curriculum development, maintenance and personnel management of selected initials across the corporation.
- Manage intake and discovery of new projects that support internal communications initiatives, from historical documentation to future employee development (i.e. training communications soft and hard skills, data intake and organization, leadership support/buy in, etc.)
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in communication technology platforms
- Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in web publishing and photo editing
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft and Adobe software knowledge preferred.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Basic understanding of public relations, communications, and marketing concepts and sales strategy.
