Job Description Qualifications:
Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science,Information Technology,or a related field.Proven technical experience in a role such as a programmer,DBA,architect,or similar. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g.,Agile,Waterfall).Project management certifications (e.g.,PMP,PRINCE2) are a plus.
Experience working with the Judicial System is preferred. OCM Skills: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving Aptitude:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively. Results-Oriented:
Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
