We are seeking a Full Time Construction Superintendent with 10+ years of Commercial Building Construction experience to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Knowledge of site utilities, excavation, asphalt, concrete, structural and elevator installation required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
10+ years previous experience in Ground Up Commercial Construction
Familiarity with construction management software a plus (Procore)
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
