AMDEX is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The Data Analyst shall provide expert data analysis and interpretation services to support business decisions and program evaluations. The ideal candidate shall possess experience in data analysis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. The Data Analyst shall work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify data requirements, develop data products, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and program evaluations.
Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the Scrum Tool database, other databases, data systems, and data visualizations to support data analysis and reporting requirements Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data products to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including program managers, executives, and other key decision-makers Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to support business decisions and program evaluations, including data mining, predictive analytics, and data visualization Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues, and develop solutions to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including data validation, data cleansing, and data normalization Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop data products, and provide training and support to ensure effective use of data products and tools Stay current with new tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analysis and visualization, and apply this knowledge to improve data analysis and visualization capabilities, including the development of new data products, reports, and dashboards Requirements:
Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of relevant experience. Certifications:
