JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Smeal College of Business Management & Organization Department is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant for BA 801. Job duties to include: Assist with grading assignments, including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria, as well as providing more substantive top-focused recommendations on areas for improvement. Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading materials to the course Canvas platform, compiling peer feedback into reports, assembling materials for class activities) Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned. Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: Graduate degree in a related topic area completed or in progress Must be available to work on the weekend Schedule: August 25, 2025 - October 19, 2025 16 hours every other week (+/- 2 hours) Compensation: The rate for this job is $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience. BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
