TRIGO is currently looking for multiple full-time Post-Assembly Repair Technicians to join our Grovetown, Georgia team!
The pay range for this opportunity is $23.00-$27.00 per hour.
Overall
Purpose
The Post-Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non-conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.

Site Manager
Responsibilities
(To include but not limited to the following)
Customer Relationship & Business Development
Build strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.
Operations
Maintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.
Participate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.
Ensure 5S principles are followed within work area.
Collaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis.
Organization &
M anagement
Coordinate with relevant parties to collect data and resolve quality concerns.
Review work orders and consult with clients, peers, and supervisors as needed.
Advise customers on work performed, current status of repair, vehicle condition, and future repair needs.
Technical
Diagnose mechanical and electrical failure modes in engines, axles, and vehicle systems.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble agricultural tractors and related equipment.
Perform post-repair testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and proper function.
Inspect, sort, and rework components using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Test electrical components and wiring using soldering tools and meters.

Skilled in using measuring tools and diagnostic equipment.
Proficient with basic computer software (MS Office, SharePoint; SAP experience ).
