In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ML and deep learning to design, implement, and evaluate innovative machine learning models and algorithms addressing complex problems with unique data and objectives. You will have the opportunity to explore and develop generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to translate research at the intersection of Health and ML into customer-facing features. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning with large-scale datasets Strong background in generative models, natural language processing, and large language models Proficiency in developing large-scale models using modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax) Passion for applying ML methods to improve end-user experiences in healthcare Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions to deliver production-ready, customer-facing features Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields, or equivalent qualification Preferred Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to uncertainty, and embrace change Proven track record of contributing to diverse, collaborative teams Passion for building innovative, high-quality products across interdisciplinary domains At Apple, base pay is part of a comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range, allowing for growth and development. The salary range for this role is $201,300 to $367,400, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
