Electrical Superintendent: Lead Safety & Excellence with a "Weirdly Good" Team!

ABOUT THIS PIVOTAL ROLE:
As an EOS “Right Person/Right Seat” role, the Electrical Superintendent will be a
fully competent leader
with in-depth experience in commercial construction, specifically electrical and/or fire systems. You'll be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring
safety, quality, and efficiency
from start to finish. This role is accountable for
quarterly and annual goals that can pay significant incentive compensation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Safety Leadership:
Champion safety by complying with and rigorously enforcing all IBS and OSHA safety requirements.
Full-Cycle Project Execution:
Perform and oversee all phases of electrical construction, including assessments, installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and commissioning.
Subcontractor Management:
Directly manage and oversee subcontractors on a day-to-day basis when applicable, ensuring seamless coordination.
Code Compliance & Quality:
Interpret, understand, and ensure strict compliance with all construction standards and codes, maintaining accuracy and consistency.

You are a seasoned professional with:
Experience:
A minimum of
three (3) years
of experience working for an electrical design-build contractor.
Licensing:
Electrical Journeyman or Master license is required.
Technical Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of
NFPA standards
and proven ability to produce on-time and profitable projects.
Travel Ready:
Willingness for approximately
forty-four (44) weeks of overnight travel per year ; occasional weekend work may be required.
Creative Problem-Solver:
You approach challenges with ingenuity and find effective solutions.
Influencer:
You are expected to sell ideas and help shape decision criteria with prospects and clients.
Cultural Fit:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary Range:
$105,000 to $125,000 annually , with final pay based on your job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Significant Quarterly Incentives:
Accountable for goals in Securing New Warm and Hot Leads, Training & Development, and Successful Safety Audits, leading to substantial bonus potential.
