Job Purpose:
The Integration Project Manager oversees project delivery by aligning teams to project goals, managing timelines, and resolving blockers to ensure timely completion. This role serves as the key liaison between external stakeholders (clients, vendors) and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations, scope, and status. The position also involves identifying risks, managing scope changes, and driving process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
Allocate resources, manage workloads, and track milestones
Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners
Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed
Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of project management experience
Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in Agile environments
Ability to manage large-scale technology projects
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and ownership mindset
Technical Requirements:
Familiarity with EDI transactions (e.g., 940, 945, 850, 856, 210, 214, 204, etc.)
Prior experience with SaaS procurement and implementation
Knowledge of integration technologies: EDI, API, SQL, ERP systems
Ability to write basic SQL queries
Experience working with Oracle, SQL, and/or Linux databases
Exposure to WMS and TMS platforms is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Experience with technical documentation and training materials
Strategic mindset with a focus on process and operational improvements
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Office-based with typical indoor working conditions
Light lifting and mobility required
Extensive computer use; ability to focus and multitask
Must be articulate and comfortable presenting to groups
