What Youll Do:
Support senior project managers in coordinating signage projects from design to install
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timelines and specs are met
Track production, shipping, and install schedules using project management tools
Prepare job files, permit applications, and work orders
Assist in job costing, material tracking, and invoicing coordination
What Were Looking For:
13 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience in signage, construction, or graphics is a plus
