The WW FBA Returns team leads strategies and initiatives focused on reducing FBA returns to protect the customer experience, helping sellers to reduce returns, and enabling seller success by improving the quality of their listings and products. The team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management leader to define the strategy and drive the execution of a roadmap for returns reduction targeting key areas of focus for FBA's growth. This leader will collaborate with teams across multiple organizations and be responsible for identifying high impact opportunities, generating actionable insights, defining clear problem statements, tracking impact of initiatives, identifying risks, and defining mitigation plans. Key job responsibilities Define the WW strategy for FBA and drive initiatives to reduce returns focused on high impact cohorts. Set up mechanisms to track performance of customer returns metrics and goals, identify trends, and measure the impact of initiatives. Partner with various teams to align on input goals and deliver scalable product solutions. Quantify the impact of return reduction initiatives into key output metrics. Define a WW roadmap in partnership with regions within FBA. Report performance across organizations and provide key program updates for leadership visibility. Own developing a pipeline of initiatives for current and future operational plans. Provide inputs into product/tech roadmaps to improve returns related functionality. Communicate effectively with audiences of all levels and geographies. Continuously raise the bar on the quality of written communications across Amazon business documents. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 3+ years of driving process improvements experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience Master's degree Experience in SQL Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
