to provide services at

one of Portsmouth Naval Station facilities . The main Portsmouth base is located at: 1647 Admiral Taussig Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23511. Additional position details are provided below: POSITION DETAILS:

SCHEDULE:

Mon – Thu: 8-hour shifts between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (+ 30 min lunch break); Fridays from 6:00 am – 1:00 pm (no lunch break) BENEFITS:

11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hours of Sick Leave PAY PACKAGES:

OPTION #1 (W-2):

$75.00/hr + Full Benefits + AMG Insurance Coverage OPTION #2 (1099):

$90.00/hr

NO AMG COVERAGE + NO BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least 1 year of relevant recent work experience (some candidates may require 3+ years) DMD/DDS DEGREE:

Must provide diploma showing successful completion of DMD or DDS program EDUCATION:

Must be a graduate of an accredited dental school approved by CODA or ADA WORK EXPERIENCE:

1+ years of full-time Dentist work experience post-graduate/residency program BLS CERTIFICATE:

Must provide a non-expired Basic Life Support certificate issued by AHA or ARC BOARD ELIGIBILITY:
