We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Management Analyst to join the Transaction Management team at Deephaven Mortgage. The Transaction Management Analyst will participate in the loan delivery process providing a heightened focus on developing automated solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiencies while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of assets being delivered. As a Transaction Management Analyst, you will need to work in our office located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
What You’ll Do Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the loan delivery process and automate manual processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Ensure all loans are delivered timely and accurately to our investors
Develop and implement automated solutions to optimize loan delivery process and reduce errors
Collaborate with various teams to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management
Conduct analysis and evaluate data to identify trends and patterns
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the loan delivery process and suggest improvements as needed
This role is NOT REMOTE and you must live in the Charlotte area to work in office
What We Need Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in mortgage related industry
1-3 years experience in financial operations analysis
Experience with loan delivery process and automated solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and manage multiple projects/priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure with professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel (Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables)
You Are Someone Who Is familiar with non-QM loan products and processes
Has experience with Encompass and other mortgage loan origination systems
Has knowledge of loan servicing and investor reporting
Is experienced with project management and process improvement methodologies
Can leverage Database Management Systems and Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI
Possesses a strong attention to detail
Is able to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs
Maintains a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others
