Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: The Journey IT Project Manager will serve as the lead professional responsible for the oversight and performance of all contract activities related to data management services. This individual will support the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) in planning and directing technical work using agile methodologies, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and facilitating effective coordination among stakeholders and team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage all contract activities and serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the Government. Assist the COR in developing and executing project plans and task schedules aligned with agile project management practices. Monitor the performance of all key personnel and ensure the timely submission of deliverables such as the Contract Management Plan, Quality Control Plan (QCP), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Oversee transition planning and support for knowledge transfer and continuity of operations. Coordinate with data governance, engineering, database administration, and business intelligence teams to support program objectives. Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and performance reporting to Government stakeholders. Ensure timely resolution of issues and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with increasing responsibilities in information and data systems design and management. Demonstrated experience managing agile projects and leading cross-functional teams in a government or enterprise IT environment. Required Skills: Agile project management and task coordination Development and oversight of contract management documents (QCP, QASP) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps Certification Requirement: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) . Clearance Requirement: Must be able to successfully complete a Agency Check (NAC) or NACI background investigation. Salary Range: $100,000 $120,000 annually (Negotiable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
