Description
Kforce's large retail client in downtown San Francisco is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Mobile to oversee large-scale enterprise technology projects within their complex retail environment. The role requires onsite presence in downtown SF from Monday to Thursday.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, and a proven leader with a management style rooted in collaboration and consensus-building. The position demands excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with motivation and knowledge of ecommerce platform standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consolidated project work plans
- Facilitate key program meetings
- Track issues, manage project budgets and non-labor costs
- Identify and escalate risks, communicate critical decisions to stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution
- Work within agile methodologies and frameworks, collaborating cross-functionally
- Manage all Mobile App development within the Ecommerce PMO
- Replace existing resource as needed
Requirements
- Experience in Mobile App Development
- Data and reporting expertise
- Experience managing core platform upgrades
- Technically savvy
- Exposure to loyalty payment programs, credit card rollouts, and company credit cards is a plus
- Strong engineering management skills with the ability to work closely with Product leaders
- Retail industry experience is required
