We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage multiple ServiceNow platform implementations across enterprise-level environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects (beyond ITSM), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore architects and delivery teams to oversee solution design and execution.
  • Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and budgets; optimize cost and time utilization.
  • Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Track and report project KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, and team productivity.
  • Implement governance models and ensure adherence to software delivery methodologies.
  • Drive scope management, requirements elicitation, and change control processes.
  • Conduct resource planning and estimation; manage project schedules and dependencies.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, define communication plans, and ensure transparency.
  • Support system integration testing, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
  • Guide teams on software development tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and tailor organizational processes to project needs.
  • Contribute to account management, solution structuring, and innovation initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing multiple ServiceNow implementations from scratch to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps).
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients (e.g., Fortune 5000).
  • Proficiency in structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom module development.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices and DevOps principles.
  • Exposure to account management processes and solution consulting.
