Overview: A major manufacturing company is seeking experienced Material Handlers/Machine Operators to join our team at our Reading, PA facility. In this role, you would be responsible for operating machinery and handling materials to ensure efficient production operations. If you have a strong background in forklift operation and machine operation, we want to hear from you!Shift Details:AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, pay rate of $19.32 per hour.PM Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, pay rate of $19.32 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, totaling $20.32 per hour.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery effectively and efficiently in the production area.Safely load and unload materials using a forklift.Ensure that materials are properly stored, organized, and moved throughout the facility.Monitor and control production processes, ensuring they run smoothly and meet safety standards.Requirements:Forklift experience is required (valid certification preferred).Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is a must.Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machines.
