We are seeking a Southern California-based Program Manager with a strong Air Force or DoD background to lead multiple design and construction inspection IDIQ Architect-Engineer (A/E) Task Orders supporting Vandenberg Space Force Base. This management position reports directly to the Executive Vice President and will serve as a key client service lead, overseeing technical execution and stakeholder relationships. This hybrid position is based in Santa Barbara County, California, with occasional work at Vandenberg Space Force Base. Travel is expected to be approximately ten percent. Main Responsibilities Lead the successful execution of multiple A/E task orders supporting Vandenberg Space Force Base, acting as the primary client liaison. Coordinate internal teams, JV partners, subconsultants, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. Supervise on-site personnel, including construction inspectors, ensuring safety and quality standards. Oversee all aspects of task order lifecycle, from proposal development to performance monitoring. Lead proposal efforts and capture strategies for new opportunities around Vandenberg. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with federal stakeholders. Track project progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Prepare and present briefings and performance updates to clients and leadership. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure compliance with DoD, federal, and company standards, including DFARS and UFC guidelines. Contribute to strategic planning and company growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field.
