Senior Project Manager
to join their growing team in Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in entertainment venues, distribution centers, or industrial warehouse projects who is looking to fast-track their career toward executive leadership.
Job Description
Lead ground-up and large-scale tenant improvement projects in the entertainment and warehouse sectors Manage full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, client relations, and team leadership Collaborate closely with field leadership and preconstruction teams Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping grow the next generation of leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Project management experience in commercial construction Background in ground-up entertainment, industrial, or warehouse projects preferred Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules and budgets Arizona market experience a plus, but not required Strong communication and leadership skills What's on Offer
Base Salary:
$140,000 - $160,000 Bonus:
