Job Summary (in office or fully remote)
The IT Applications Project Manager will assess every aspect of our daily business operational systems. They will examine existing and new systems for improvements, reporting common issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend new system procedures. The IT Applications Project Manager will have full ownership of company systems and their functionality. They will lead projects both internally and externally for enhancements and improvements as well as new system implementation as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
Project management for software application initiatives including developing project plan, measuring performance, scheduling resources, and tracking against budget.
Coordinated technology product development life cycle, scoping, prototyping, and project management for global electronics costing software.
Supervised a cross-functional team in developing large-scale, complex SQL Server database applications critical to the Project Management Office.
Business Process
Menemsha’s expert in all systems business process
Streamline system processes to improve efficiency and control.
Develop new business processes and web applications as needed.
Increase workforce efficiency with new process.
Systems Ownership / Upgrades / Enhancements
CRM: Microsoft Dynamics
Custom Reporting as needed.
Dashboard Creation as needed.
Integration tools with other systems within organization
HR: Paylocity & Concur
Custom Reporting as needed.
Integration tool with other systems within organization
Sage Accounting & Business Management software
Work with outsourced Sage Consultant on various projects and enhancements
Custom reporting
Automation
USGN / Cloud Based Project Management Tool
Full System ownership
Work with USGN directly for any complicated programming needs
Provides analysis and technical support in reviewing and maintaining assigned system applications and/or business processes; reviews and analyzes trends; recommends best practices to enhance productivity and streamline business processes.
Provides training in support of assigned applications and processes; develops training materials to assist users in operational performance and enhanced productivity.
Develops Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting steps and common solutions to frequent calls for use by customers and peers.

Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information systems with an emphasis in business, accounting, construction management, or other relevant disciplines
Experience in the construction industry or with construction ERP software
Sage software experience is a plus.
Proven development experience with SQL, Crystal report, relational databases, and Microsoft development tools.
Communicate with business users and document the business requirements.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service , and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to user issues.
Willingness to travel.
