UI Designer - Houston, TX (Fully On-Site)

delivering innovative video, data, and digital transformation solutions for the hospitality and multifamily industries. With over 50 years of industry experience, they continue to modernize guest and resident experiences through strong partnerships and cutting-edge technology.
We're seeking a full-time
User Interface (UI) Designer
to join their Houston-based team. This role will work closely with creative, product, and development teams to design intuitive, engaging digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in wireframing, visual design, user research, and web content management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and user flows for mobile and desktop platforms Collaborate cross-functionally to align visuals with product direction and user needs Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Maintain brand and UX standards across platforms and update web content as needed Support customer-facing screens and create documentation or training materials Qualifications:
1+ years of UI design experience Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS, SCSS, LESS) Experience with web and mobile application design Strong collaboration and communication skills Perks:
