About the Role
The Company is seeking an innovative Vice President of Clinical Excellence to enhance the overall quality of patient care. In this pivotal role, you will lead physician clinical initiatives to drive value-based care and improve clinical quality, patient safety, experience, and cost-effectiveness of care.
As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and other clinical visionaries to assess and elevate performance across various payor partnerships and regions. Your expertise in analyzing healthcare payor claims data and spearheading quality improvement projects will be essential. Engage actively with physician leaders to foster collaboration and optimize care for our shared patient populations.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
An M.D. degree from an accredited medical school
A minimum of 3-5 years in clinical practice coupled with similar experience in value-based care settings
Proven leadership in driving process improvements and enhancing patient care quality
A strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize large data sets
Tenacity and a passion for innovation in tackling complex challenges
