Position Description:

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in transforming data into insights that drive business decisions across operations, eCommerce, and customer service. This role involves managing reporting platforms, building data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Operations Reporting and Executive Dashboards to support strategic initiatives Create and embed real-time reports on our eCommerce platform Develop data pipelines to pull data from multiple systems and combined into actionable insights Design and monitor Ops KPIs to evaluate team and business performance Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Lead the overhaul and optimization of our existing customer-facing reports solution for improved speed, reliability, and scalability Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Conduct inventory level analysis to support supply chain decisions Develop APIs to enable data access and integration between platforms Build and maintain SQL databases, data warehouses, and data marts to support enterprise reporting Establish and manage ETL processes and data refresh schedules for ongoing data integrity Recommend and implement optimal data strategies and roadmaps for business growth Apply JavaScript, Python, and HTML to create and automate custom reporting tools Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) Familiarity with NetSuite reporting and eCommerce analytics Experience with API development and data integration Hands-on knowledge of ETL frameworks and data transformation Proficiency in scripting and data manipulation using Python, JavaScript, and HTML Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts Experience with predictive analytics and advanced statistical modeling Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data processing

Location : Onsite - LaVergne, TN

Schedule:

Full Time (40 hours per week) - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
