Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar) 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing or OEM settings. Strong controls engineering expertise (e.g., Rockwell, Ignition). Proven success scaling teams or integrating acquisitions. Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related); Master’s preferred. Strategic thinker with a sense of urgency and problem-solving drive. EEO
