Your leadership will guide a talented procurement team in optimizing processes to ensure we maintain high standards of quality while being cost-effective. You will establish and nurture strong supplier relationships, negotiate vital agreements, and guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; an MBA or master's degree is highly preferred, along with a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification. A minimum of 10 years' experience at a director level in sourcing, particularly in food and beverage as well as general goods and services, is essential. We are looking for a proven leader who has successfully built and managed a procurement department. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with the ability to implement change management programs, are crucial for this position.
