About the Role: Mechanical Assembler
We are seeking a
Mechanical Assembler
to support our aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help assemble critical mechanical components with precision, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble hardware and mechanical components following technical drawings and assembly instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, and measurement tools
Use hand tools and equipment to carry out precise assembly tasks
Support operations across the plant, including testing, cementing, packaging, and shipping
Perform equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with health and safety regulations
Accurately complete quality and production documentation
Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience & Skills:
Mechanical aptitude
and familiarity with basic tools – Basic level
Attention to detail
and commitment to safety – Basic level
Ability to
read blueprints
and follow written/verbal instructions
Good
hand-eye coordination
and ability to manipulate small components
Strong team player with flexibility to support various tasks on the production floor
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
Work environment is a manufacturing floor with moderate noise
