As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers in the service department. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and work at the front desk to greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.

Responsibilities
Schedule service appointments
Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers
Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain office supplies for specific location
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
