is seeking a passionate
Speech Language Pathologist
to join our dynamic Special Education team. If you're eager to make a significant impact on students’ lives and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will provide essential speech therapy services to students, helping them achieve their communication and language goals. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating communication abilities and developing individualized, evidence-based speech therapy programs. Monitoring progress through data-focused practices and providing meaningful updates to support students’ development. Utilizing effective speech therapy techniques in naturalistic settings tailored to each child's needs. Writing comprehensive progress reports and updating teams on therapy services. Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Communicating clearly with families about strategies to reinforce speech and communication goals in daily routines. Conducting thorough clinical assessments to recommend appropriate treatment plans. Leading staff training sessions and sharing best practices to enhance service quality. Collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to support holistic care for students. Completing other responsibilities necessary for the success of our clinical team. Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field. CA state speech language pathology (SLP) credential (or in progress). Experience with special education services, especially for students with autism and emotional disturbances. Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans for diverse student needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
