Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Active NJ LPC, LCSW or LMHC Experience in individual and group counseling, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion Clinical Lead Therapist Responsibilities
Provide individual counseling services to clients, addressing their mental health and substance abuse concerns. Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, promoting a sense of community and shared support. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with the treatment team to integrate counseling services into clients' overall care plans. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to support clients' recovery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
Pay: $65,000 - $85,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
