Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic SVP, Head of Cloud Engineering and Resilience to lead the design, development, scaling, and operation of our cloud services, on-premises infrastructure, and software-defined networking. This pivotal role will focus on creating and executing a multi-year Cloud Service and Resilience Roadmap centered on cloud-first and automation-first principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving standardization, automation, and resilience across technology services, while ensuring that security is integrated from the ground up. Collaboration with the IT leadership and business leaders is essential to deliver reliable technology solutions that protect our data. You will be responsible for setting and upholding standards in configuration, deployment, security, automation, and business continuity. We seek a leader who is pragmatic yet creative, demonstrating strong management capabilities alongside technical proficiency, particularly with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and the MS Power Platform. Familiarity with DevSecOps, PaaS, SASE, and SD-WAN is crucial. Leadership skills, including mentoring and team development, are key to this role. We want someone who thrives in ambiguous situations and has experience in modern IT infrastructure, continuous integration, and delivery, as well as optimization and lifecycle management projects.
