High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Business, Office Administration, or related field preferred Experience in an administrative support role is required, preferably working in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment Familiarity with basic purchasing or estimating processes is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Experience with quoting software such as Quote Tracker is a plus Proven experience with document organization and file management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Shifts:

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, overtime on an as-needed basis

Duration:

Temporary - Permanent
