Position Summary:

The Project Support Specialist will provide project management assistance to the Implementation and Operations team supporting the Desert Southwest District. This hybrid role is responsible for supporting and coordinating all facets of telecommunications project delivery, ensuring customer deployments are completed on time and in full compliance with company policies and procedures. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; flexible hybrid schedule required Travel:

Local travel less than 5% (mileage reimbursed); occasional cell phone expenses covered Key Responsibilities:

Serve as project support for the district's Implementation and Operations team. Project manage one or more customer deployments on multiple applications, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and aligned with organizational policies. Support all aspects of project lifecycle, including structural analysis, site acquisition, A&E services, land use planning, zoning, permitting, lease and construction management. Keep District Manager and Lead Project Manager informed of issues impacting project timeline or costs. Manage and coordinate the collection and maintenance of all project documents (e.g., structural analysis, lease, permits, soil samples, regulatory documents) across modifications, colocations, and construction of Small Cell/Fiber Network facilities. Oversee vendor management for relevant project activities. Forecast key project management tool dates (initial and updated forecasts). Participate in internal and external deployment meetings; collaborate with carrier representatives as directed. Resolve or escalate project issues as they arise (e.g., lease limitations, easements, additional space requirements). Coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Handle utility coordination, SOV/PO and financial tracking, and material tracking/support as needed. Visit project sites as required, with minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions (less than 5%). Required Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of project management experience (telecommunications/wireless sector strongly preferred) CAPM or PMP certification preferred Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, property management, and site acquisition (including regulatory/permitting processes) bility to read and understand blueprints and tower/rooftop structural details Proficiency diagnosing workflow problems and implementing solutions Comfort interpreting financial metrics and addressing financial issues Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills Knowledge of construction services including telco, power, fiber, basic construction, vendor equipment requirements, towers, lines, and antennas Experience coordinating across multiple service groups and with both internal and external customers Strong organization and multitasking abilities Work Environment:

Standard office environment 95% of the time; field visits to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions less than 5%.
