Job Description BioTechnique is a sterile injectable full service CDMO providing cytotoxic and therapeutic sterile injectable fill-finish services. From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. BioTechnique utilizes our team's expertise to create a process design for our clients' products that best suits their needs.

Your Role

The Freight Driver is responsible for the timely and secure transport of pharmaceutical and temperature-sensitive goods across designated routes. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of BioTechnique's specialized products, requiring strict adherence to temperature control standards, handling protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Operate 26ft box trucks and cargo vans to transport products safely across assigned routes. Maintain strict temperature controls throughout transport using approved monitoring systems. Ensure proper documentation including delivery manifests, chain-of-custody forms, and regulatory records. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly. Follow SOPs for pharmaceutical handling, loading, and unloading procedures. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams for scheduling and route optimization. Communicate delays, incidents, or deviations promptly to supervisors. Supports on-site warehouse operations while not on transport. Uphold BioTechnique's standards of safety, quality, and confidentiality during all delivery activities. Adhere to internal SOPs and relevant regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities as required. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; logistics certification is an advantage. Valid driver's license (No CDL required). Clean driving record and at least 2 years of experience in freight or medical product transport. Ability to work flexible schedule as needed for specific route times. Familiarity with handling temperature-sensitive or regulated products is preferred. Ability to lift and carry goods safely. Familiarity with GPS and route management systems. Basic skills in record keeping and digital form completion. Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining cold chain integrity. High reliability and responsibility for time-sensitive deliveries. Commitment to safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Professionalism in client and team interactions. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Clear communication for reporting and documentation. Forklift operation is a plus. Benefits
