We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Collision Center Estimator to join our fast-paced, high-performance team. If you're passionate about cars, thrive under pressure, and know your way around an estimate like a pro, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Be the face of our collision center—greet customers and guide them through the repair process with confidence and care
Assess vehicle damage and write accurate, insurance-ready estimates using CCC One
Work directly with insurance companies and keep communication smooth and stress-free
Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to keep repairs moving like clockwork
Keep customers in the loop from start to finish—and leave them wowed with the service
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience as a collision estimator
Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and estimating tools
A natural talent for customer service and problem-solving
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bonus Points For:
I-CAR Certification
CCC One experience
DRP know-how
