is looking for a
Body Shop Admin Assistant
to join their busy store.

Job Type:
Full Time
Pay:
$20-$27/hr
Responsibilities Greet customers and refer them to the appropriate person Manage and direct phone calls Process customer transactions and close our work orders Confirm customer appointments Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle Responsible for the Accounts Payables and Receivables for the department Submit claims to and negotiate payments with insurance companies Present a welcoming environment by keeping a clean and organized receptionist and customer waiting area Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications 1+ years of experience working in collision centers / auto body shops / dealership environment CCC1 Estimating and Management Software experience preferred (but not required) Valid driver’s license with good driving record Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Team oriented
