Sonographer - Women's Health

Job Description:About the Role:Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our Women's Health team in Burlington, VT. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, primarily in OB/GYN, providing crucial imaging services to our patients. You will work independently, collaborate with physicians and peers, and contribute to the training and development of other staff.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in OB/GYN and other related areas, as needed.Ensure accurate and high-quality images for interpretation by physicians.Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.Participate in the mentoring and education of staff.Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited diagnostic Sonography program.ARDMS OB/GYN certification required.Minimum of 6 months of scanning experience outside of clinical rotations, with a focus on OB/GYN.Ideal Candidate:Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) preferred.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to critically think and problem-solve while scanning.Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.Bonus offered: Range $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 based on years of experience.Full relocation: YesSign on Bonus offered Benefits: Dental Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement & PTOJoin our client team and make a difference in the lives of women in the community!
