Our client is currently seeking a Social Media Manager .

This position is onsite in Peabody, MA, with occasional travel across MA.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for someone with a digital agency background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can generate C-level reports showcasing campaign performance, and is eager to advance their career.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry
Specific Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation
  • Create engaging imagery, videos, written content, infographics, polls, and other materials to drive online conversations and conversions.
  • Social Media Management
    • Plan, manage, and execute organic social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
    • Monitor trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
    • Generate insights and new ideas to grow followers and engagement.
    • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Local Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop hyper-local campaigns using a multi-channel approach to support brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Assist with promotional efforts like referral programs, loyalty incentives, in-clinic specials, and business referrals.
    • Track ROI of seasonal or local campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Additional Marketing Activities
    • Collaborate with internal and external resources to craft compelling local content.
    • Assist with influencer selection and management.
    • Support initiatives across all PESO channels and customer lifecycle stages.
    • Work with the CMO on awareness and lead generation plans adaptable to various locations.
    • Prepare reports and derive insights to guide marketing strategies.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Specific Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in aesthetics, health, or wellness
    • Proven success in social media marketing with a strong campaign portfolio
    • Experience with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
    • Creative, data-driven marketing mindset
    • Passion for storytelling through visual content
    • In-depth knowledge of Meta platforms
    • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Later
    • Ability to run digital campaigns and generate performance reports
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Excellent proofreading and attention to detail, with familiarity in modern MarTech tools
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM and influencer marketing is a plus
    • Knowledge of GA4 analytics and reporting is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
