We are seeking a highly motivated
Scrum Master
to support Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and value delivery.
Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, promoting Agile values and principles Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts that hinder team productivity Coach team members on Agile best practices Track team progress using JIRA and provide regular updates to leadership Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations Collaborate cross-functionally to manage dependencies and ensure alignment Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred Experience in financial services or enterprise environments is a plus
