Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for end-to-end modules within client engagements, focusing on digital topics such as AI, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation. This role involves working closely with clients to develop strategies, gain stakeholder buy-in, and implement innovative technology solutions, primarily serving the US Public Sector with flexibility for private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead specific modules in client projects, applying consulting skills to strategic digital and technology questions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and create effective strategies for change.
• Work with cross-functional teams to transform potential into measurable performance improvements.
• Support clients in navigating AI disruptions, data-driven outreach, and agile digital service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• US Citizenship and active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with federal government IT projects, portfolio management, and technology consulting preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in digital transformation, cloud, data management, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in IT, computer science, business, or related fields.
• 4+ years in IT consulting, software development, or project management, with experience in cloud, ecommerce, SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
