Responsibilities Sales Development & Lead Generation Engage in telemarketing and warming leads, establishing initial relationships with potential clients. Answer inbound calls while using strategic questioning to uncover client needs, identify opportunities, and uncover other assets for cross-selling. Achieve sales goals through a mix of mailers, data leads, marketing tactics, CRM leads database, referrals, and cold-calling to build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Client Engagement & Sales Execution Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and financial goals, ensuring they understand their coverage choices. Develop and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up calls, policy reviews, and check-ins to enhance retention and referrals. Industry Knowledge & Professional Growth Stay informed on new products, industry changes, and market trends to provide the best solutions for clients. Utilize CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups, ensuring an organized and efficient sales process.

Requirements We are looking for highly motivated, ethical, and results-driven individuals who are ready to grow within a structured career path. While there are minimum expectations for success in this role, our non-negotiables are a positive attitude and unwavering ethical standards in how we serve our clients and work as a team.

Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required). Current Property & Casualty license OR willingness and ability to obtain one (we will support your licensing process). Ability to pass a background check. Self-driven, motivated, and goal-orientedyou take initiative and thrive in a performance-based role. Coachable, sales-minded professional eager to learn and grow in the industry. Customer-focused and relationship-drivenyou genuinely care about helping clients find the right coverage. Team player who values collaboration and accountability. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) to engage with clients professionally and effectively. Positive mindset with the resilience to handle objections and stay motivated. Basic tech proficiency, including the ability to use a CRM for tracking leads and follow-ups.

Preferred but Not Required: Life & Health insurance license is a plus but not required. However, you must be willing and able to uncover life insurance and retirement opportunities as part of your role.
