DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES \n \n Technical Support on the Help Desk which will involve: \n \n . Software installs and troubleshooting such as Acrobat Adobe, camtasia, Microsoft Power BI \n . Hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, monitors, printers, phones). Operating system for laptops is Microsoft Windows 11. \n . Patching laptops for security compliance. \n . Microsoft product support such as Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint. \n \n#Dice
