Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator

Position Summary: The Enrollment Coordinator II plays a vital role in supporting new and existing Medicare member clients through various enrollment activities in compliance with
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
guidelines. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of enrollment documents and member requests, directly contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities: Process enrollment-related documents accurately and route them appropriately. Review and manage returned mail, updating member addresses as needed. Meet established
monthly quality and productivity goals
consistently. Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures for enrollment tasks. Provide customer-focused support to ensure timely and accurate Medicare member enrollment. Experience & Skills:
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience , particularly with Medicare Part D enrollment or within a regulated environment. Basic proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Outlook . Strong
written and verbal communication
skills. Demonstrated
ttention to detail, accountability, and dependability . Ability to manage deadlines and transitions effectively in a fast-paced environment. Uses
sound judgment , maintains confidentiality, and acts with integrity. Preferred Competencies:
Familiarity with CMS guidelines and Medicare enrollment processes. Excellent
organizational and prioritization
skills. Confident decision-making under strict timelines. Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative approach. Education:
High School Diploma or GED
(required) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
or related field (preferred)
