IT Project Manager Cloud Infrastructure (Hybrid)

About the Company A well-established software company in the healthcare technology sector is searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cloud-based IT initiatives. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-level infrastructure, application, and security projects with a strong emphasis on Azure or AWS environments. Youll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team helping shape, track, and execute mission-critical solutions. Ideal candidates are experienced project managers with a knack for navigating technical complexity and cross-functional team dynamics. About the Role Must-Have Skills & Experience 4+ years in IT project management roles, with demonstrable experience delivering complex technical projects 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) 3+ years managing software development or enterprise application rollouts Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, Agile delivery models, and DevOps pipelines Proficiency with API-based solutions and web application deployment workflows Solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) Familiar with security/privacy standards in regulated industries (HIPAA, NIST, etc.) Skilled in stakeholder communication, technical translation, and prioritization Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and cross-functional input Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or government tech environments Exposure to interface engines and application integration best practices PMP certification (or actively pursuing one) Experience mentoring junior PMs or working as part of a PMO Background in EHR or healthcare-related platforms is a plus Ability to adapt quickly, meet aggressive timelines, and keep calm under pressure Working Environment Hybrid setup with 13 days/week in office Occasional travel (max 10%) to support major implementations or team alignment sessions Requires strong organizational and time management skills due to the volume and pace of work Pay range and compensation package Competitive base salary: $90,000$125,000 Inclusive and diverse team environment Opportunities for ongoing education and certification support Exposure to enterprise-level cloud and infrastructure programs Mentorship and growth within a high-impact IT program office Equal Opportunity Statement This employer embraces a diverse and inclusive workplace.
