Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to their needed resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. This role is responsible for reviewing referrals from various ISBH programs, evaluating when the proper assessments need to be conducted, and accurately tracking the data. The role involves data entry, tracking, and management within the Intake and Specialty Programs. Pay Range:
$20.19 - $25.03 per hour, based on experience, education, and licensure. Essential Functions: Review referrals for OhioRISE and Intensive Home-Based Treatment programs. Assess and identify when Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments are needed for various programs/departments within ISBH. Communicate with patients to obtain accurate information and data for client charts. Perform continuous data entry, tracking outcomes, and engagement. Stay knowledgeable on portal and tracking methodologies within healthcare administrative settings. Complete data requests efficiently for funding and grant purposes. Verify health insurance information for clients and ISBH providers. Respond promptly to team members and community partners. Facilitate connections between programs to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain documentation, participate in program evaluation, attend meetings, and acquire knowledge of community resources. Execute agency agreements, consents, and client documents. Maintain advanced knowledge of ISBH programming, processes, and systems, including program requirements and eligibility. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration preferred. 2-3 years of experience in data accuracy. Experience with Electronic Health Record systems required. Understanding of agency pathways required. Ability to become CANS certified and renew annually. Knowledge of behavioral health referral processes preferred. Broad knowledge of community service systems. Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate across programs for excellent care delivery.
