The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery for initiatives involving the RentalMan ERP development team. This role is responsible for managing projects from intake through production deployment, working closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners to define scope, use cases, and execution plans. Own the full project lifecycle for RentalMan development team initiatives, from intake through production. Collaborate with business users, IT Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, business use cases, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure alignment across technical and business teams. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate testing and validation efforts, including UAT planning and execution. Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts, decisions, and change controls. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements
5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in ERP or enterprise software environments. Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving cross-functional teams. Experience with RentalMan or similar ERP systems in the equipment rental industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with integration platforms such as Oracle EBS and SmartEquip is a plus. Skills
Strong project planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Understanding of data mapping, system interfaces, and business process flows.
