Job Description
The Supply Chain Specialist will be involved in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The role ensures efficient sourcing of raw materials, manufacturing, inventory storage, and shipment transportation. The specialist will negotiate business relationships and communicate with suppliers and distributors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Negotiate prices for raw materials and delivery with suppliers. Participate in product development processes. Coordinate changes, product line extensions, or new product launches. Analyze logistics data to optimize the supply chain. Communicate effectively with suppliers and distributors. Protect brand image and reliability. Promote growth-oriented supply chain practices. Manage purchase orders and track shipping schedules. Collaborate with the Receiving Department to identify order discrepancies and notify the field about material receipts as required. Update order records. Manage inventory for office supplies and services. Work with the purchasing manager on special projects and tasks. Coordinate with service companies and personnel regarding facility maintenance. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, STEM, or related fields. Fluency in a second language, preferably Mandarin. 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or vendor management. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing facility. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and general computer operations. Strong mathematical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Open to direct and quick communication. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality work. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Detail-oriented and reliable.
